I work with non-profit and government agency employees, teams and leaders. My area of expertise is with those organizations that serve families and children.

Consulting services are offered through flexible fee arrangements designed to meet the unique needs of each organization. Options include:

• Hourly Rate: Ideal for short-term or as-needed support, such as reviewing grant proposals or facilitating a single training session.

• Project-Based Fees: Set pricing for defined deliverables, such as developing a strategic plan, workshops, project management, or grant proposal.

• Monthly Retainer: A flat monthly fee for ongoing support, which may include grant writing, capacity building, or consultation on organizational strategy.

All fees are discussed in advance and outlined in a formal agreement to ensure transparency and alignment.

Services begin with an initial conversation to understand your needs and goals. I’m available to meet in person or via on-line platform. Regular check-ins and transparent communication ensure that progress is being made toward achieving the desired results.
